"The location is fairly far from the city but has easy access to transit to get you anywhere. The hotel also has a shuttle service free for Hyatt members. It takes you to the airport. There is a fee without the membership.
There are no microwaves in the rooms but there is one in the lobby. It wasn’t working the last few days we stayed but things like that happen. No biggie. They also have a water tap in the lobby which can save you a fortune on water.
Some of the staff could do better at customer service thou. Depends on who you speak to, the experience can be vastly different.
They also do free drink coupons if you forego your daily room turnover service. Which is cool, worth it if you want to grab a drink after a long day of sightseeing and bar hopping ;)
The area is quiet and also quite safe, we walked back from the bus stop at wee hours with no issues. There are no restaurants that we liked in the area, but if you are starving and don’t have the patience for Uber eats, there is a maccas a 10 min walk away."
