"We (4 headcount) had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms for our 1 week stay. Except for the narrow spiral staircase to get to the main floor, the room was very spacious and inviting. We could not take the checkin suitcases up the stairs and had to unpack and carry our things up. Carry on bags was okay to carry up the spiral stairs. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was.
