"2nd time staying here. Both times were in their premium "panoramic suite" - We will not be back. This not even CLOSE to a "4-star" hotel. The first time we stayed was May 2022 - It was "okay". The reception was helpful. There was an issue with the front door to the building, and some of the cabinet doors were hanging off in the kitchen. Otherwise, ok. A bit overpriced, but ok. This time (September 2022), we arrived, no reception on site whatsoever. The front security door to the hotel is...

"Very convenient location for museum lovers. The neighbourhood was well maintained and I felt safe walking alone day and night. The room I stayed in was small (with an en suite bathroom) and furnished nicely. There was a mini fridge, a coffee maker and a small kettle. There is no front desk, someone sends you a code for the door. The price was reasonable for the room. I would consider staying here again. "

"Aufgrund des Corona-Virus wurde die Veranstaltung abgesagt. Eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hotel und nit Expedia verliefen ins Leere...also bleiben wir auf die Kosten von 250€+ wohl oder übel sitzen!!! Mega-ärgerlich!!@"
