"We (4 headcount) had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms for our 1 week stay. Except for the narrow spiral staircase to get to the main floor, the room was very spacious and inviting. We could not take the checkin suitcases up the stairs and had to unpack and carry our things up. Carry on bags was okay to carry up the spiral stairs. "This was a nightmare from start to finish. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. They promised to get it cleaned which they did while we were out at dinner but the...

"Diese Unterkunft war inexistent - Es war im Bestätigungsemail eine Tel.Nr. hinterlegt. Als ich da angerufen habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie keine Zimmer vermieten... War somit ein Fake! Hat grad etwas Stress verursacht... gut bin ich nicht dorthin gefahren! "
