It’s the perfect spot in Amsterdam

10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel so easy connections to central Amsterdam and other places. Room service pizza is quick and delicious. Great location, nice views. Walkable distance to nearby shops or a 15 minute drive to centre. Outstanding customer service too 10/10. Highly recommend and will definitely be back ;)

Really nice hotel, and lovely staff

One night stay for business, but I can easily see travelling back for pleasure at the rate I paid. 10 minutes from the airport by train, and similiar to the centre by Metro...actually it is walkable which is what I did. Super clean, modern hotel with all the amenities you could need.

The most helpful aspect was the half hourly included shuttle service to the airport which started early and kept going until almost midnight. Very friendly drivers.

Hotel was beautiful. Only 2 minutes from the metro station and only a short ride into the centre. Will definitely be booking this hotel again next year.

Fantastic hotel.10 minutes away from everything. Grab a 3 day travel card and you can use bus/tram/train/ferry. Bus no 22 takes you to and from hotel. Staff really polite and friendly. Hotel room clean.Theres funky art everywhere.Buffet breakfast was included,so that set you up for the day, dinner menu was limited,but we dinned in one night and the food was delicious. Our stay at Jazz was amazing. Service was great from the moment we arrived and managed to get in our room at 1pm instead of 3pm which is the normal check in time. Room was lovely and clean, great view of the arena and great little adds ons like the use of a speaker provided by the hotel. Very close to Schipol airport and train station which is great for travelling by train during stay. The shuttle service was very reliable and most of the day ran every 15 mins or 30 mins at latest. Drivers helped you with luggage. Having stayed in Amsterdam a few times, this was the best shuttle service for an airport hotel.
