"The apartment itself is average. There are a few TLC issues: cupboard doors broken, bedside table cracked, uncomfortable sofa, broken freezer etc. The floor could do with a good clean. The entrance is down a dirty alleyway where the restaurants keep their bins. You need a code to enter the property every time, there is no key. I messaged the company to say the WiFi and TV were not working and received a standard reply to thank me for my feedback but no help. The apartment is a very good size,...

"Bedsheets and towels needed to be brought at the laundromat, for which we paid extra ofcourse. We spend 1 full day cleaning and washing all the stuff. It stank, was full of stains and the apartment was dusty. No fire alarms anymore, the emergency stairs was not reachable and there were like 7 big stairs before you could enter the apartment. We lost 1 full day to clean the apartment and the towels / stinky bedsheets. The location of the apartment was the best thing. We will never choose...
