"I was very impressed with this hotel it's suited my family very well. The staff werr very friendly courteous and couldn't do enough for us. It was perfect in nearly every way and we will come back to this hotel. The only negative was in our room we had a bathtub freestanding with a very poor shower system with no curtain so it was dangerous. Travelers tip- check the bathroom before accepting the room. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I was put in the VIP#2 room and I enjoyed the view. As the room was on the 6th floor, it was also fairly quiet. I booked a private tour of the floating markets and canal cruise through this hotel, and it was excellent. Mr. Hai, my guide spoke English very well and was very kind. I loved the small floating market we visited and especially the peaceful cruise along the small canals. I highly recommend this tour!"
