"Great hotel, really nicely located in Murano and close to a water bus stop which was really helpful. The rooms and hotel were lovely and decorated in keeping with a modern Murano style. Staff were really helpful and friendly. My only slight kind request was for them to know a bit more about the water busses etc eg we needed to pick up pre booked tickets and were told we could only get these at the Collano stop but you can get these from the ticket machine at Faro which would have been much easier if we had known. Also on the map the hotel provides it says you can pick up the red line airport water bus from Museo stop which is not the case. Just minor points and we worked it out ourselves in the end. However overall I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It was a lovely and comfortable stay in a lovely location."
"Friendly staff and very helpful. We could not get the room to cool down and even thought they tried, the staff doing a reset did not help. Other than that, food was good, staff was friendly, room was clean and worked well for one night! Close and convenient to airport."
"This hotel was nice for our 3 days stay. We were greeted by front desk staff who made check in smooth and quick. They explained how we can get around Venice and which mode of transportation available . The hotel was a short walk away to water-bus station which was very convenient. I recommend getting a multi-days bus pass. Its much cheaper. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again."
"This hotel is in a perfect location on the Grand Canal and very near the train station and water taxi options. Our room had a balcony and the view was spectacular!! We wish we could have stayed longer!! There were also many dining options very very close. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again!!"
