"We loved our stay here! The staff was so incredibly kind & helpful. The location is really close to everything! We would walk to st marks every night & there’s so much choice around for dinner. "This is a family run hotel and it feels like home. Felicia is the best and was very kind to my elderly nonna who was in a walker. There are rooms that are accessible for handicapped people so please ask for that if needed. There’s breakfast, and dinner available. You can hear outside of the room so I suggest using sleep sounds as to not wake you if you are a light sleeper. All in all I recommend this hotel. 10/10. Grazie mille!"

"Vi hadde et flott opphold på 14 dager. Bra renhold på hotellet og flott svømmebasseng. De ansatte var behjelpelige og hyggelige. Det eneste negative var noe harde senger. Vi hadde booket nytt opphold ved et senere besøk til Lido."

"Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location, 10 min walk to station and bus station. Lots of shops and food places around two great pizza places within 2 min walk. A very cheap supermarket in the alley next door. Room spacious and clean, hot water, great view to canal. Fridge and safe and bottle of bubbly in room.
