"Codes to enter the property wasn't sent before the check in, then tried to call the numbers no answer. Ignored all the phone calls and the instructions weren't accurate so took too long to find the place and enter. Not sufficient hot water to shower, when informed no action was taken. Had to wait hours for the water to get hot after 2 people had showers. When reported promised it'll be sorted but nothing was done till the check out date after 5 days. "Overall a perfect stay. The apartment freshly painted including the hall and stairs clean fresh and crisp. Check in instructions were late by about 40 minutes and when we got in to the property none of the apartments were numbered. I had 2 WhatsApp numbers brother of which were answered you got a response but if was always a couple of hours latet not helpful when your stood in a corridor not knowing where your going. "A lovely big apartment in a great location. Not suitable for suitcases so we left our big bags in carpark as we were only staying one night. View of Roman theatre great. Room was clean but almost no provisions like water, tea, milk and shampoo. Come prepared! "
