"Room air conditioning was good. Breakfast selection was average. If planning for multi night stay, request daily room cleaning in advance, else expect no cleaning on a daily basis, as was the case with us. The bathroom had broken/ empty dispensers for soap and hair conditioner. Some of the front desk staff were not welcoming and had to call multiple times to get the room cleaned. Apparently the hotel was out of liquid for the empty dispensers which makes no sense. Wanted to extend check out...

"The elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor, the bathrooms were dirty and poorly kept, the rooms smelled moldy, when asked if they had any soda for sale the guest service lady said if there’s any in the machine that all we have. The holiday Inn Express is right across the bridge and we stayed there the previous night and it was much nicer for the money!!"

"Our stay was great! The room was nice, breakfast was delicious. The pool was awesome. Our two year old isn’t real fond of water but the 1 1/2 foot pool was perfect for her. She enjoyed herself, practiced swimming, played with a few pool toys. It was great! The complimentary popcorn and water with lemon in it was a nice touch we appreciated as well! We will definitely stay again!"

"The staff were just okay. The place was older but maintained. The food selection was lacking diversity. The slot machines were tight as hell. Parking was ridiculous with the main door closed and no access to the front desk unless you parked."

"The rooms were dark and musty smelling. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was dated. Breakfast ok, no coffee second day as they ran out (unacceptable) and the pancake machine was broken both days we were there. Not Wyndham quality. They NEED to have a designating smoking area AWAY from the side entrance door as we had to walk through cigarette smoke every time we left and entered the building and the hallways had a heavy cigarette smell. Disappointed"

"No body wash in shower, shower head mostly plugged so water did not flow smoothly, air conditioning control panel did not work, ha to manually change settings at unit. Breakfast was very good."

"My room was clean and neat. Staff was helpful. There was an odor that I noticed when I got off the elevator on my floor & that persisted in my room. It became less noticeable during the stay, but remained nevertheless. I sprayed Febreeze in my room & that seemed to help some. It seemed like some event that took a while to clear out, but I have no notion of what it was. It may be fine by now."

"Overall stay was good. Housekeeping wasn’t bad but could have been better. Dirty along side furniture and corners underneath the desk. A stack of towels and a garbage bag was stacked on the desk along with an extra pillow but the dirty towels and trash was left. Everything else was good."

"Our stay was good, however someone was smoking weed and you could smell it coming out from the vents. Which irritated my allergies. The building could use some renovation, beautiful property with wore out Paint ect. A little TLC goes a long ways."
