"It was 35 degrees when we arrived and I turned the air conditioning on in our cabin and in no time it was lovely and cool in there and stayed that way for the entire afternoon and night. The staff were some of the friendliest we have come across in our 2 months of travelling."

Reception at Big 4 Park offered no assistance or compensation, just blamed Hotels.com even though our receipt showed a sea view. Have not been able to get any assistance from Hotels.com for compensation at this time."

"Cabin was well appointed and easy to find from map that was sent via text as reception was not open at all during the hours of our stay. Kitchen light flickered continuously and floor was visibly dirty. Ants in both bedrooms and kitchen table was really grubby. "
