"Excellent little hotel in Holbrook. Proved a good stop on a trip from Melbourne to Sydney. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Covered parking was nice and I appreciated the bucket to clean the windshield in front of the room - nice little touch."

"The owner takes pride in this property and it’s evident. There was a beautiful big grassed area out front where I could take my dog to sniff around and stretch her legs and also taking the stress off me travelling with a big dog. You can also take your dog behind the motel rooms as it’s fenced around the border. There’s a communal kitchen if the standard bar fridge is too small. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone travelling with a pet."

"Very easy booking in process, room comfortable with all amenities and close proximity to dining options. A few things need attention 1. Freezer over iced - needs thawing out 2. Exhaust fan in bathroom needs internal clean to reduce high pitched noise. 3. Chain in door needs to be replaced for security. "
