"We stayed here for one night with our family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Gardaland Resort, which was perfect for our plans. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We had a completely positive experience and would happily stay here again."

"The hotel was a short walk from the main part of town with lots of shops , restaurants and the marina . The front of the hotel had a very beautiful Olive Garden with a pool in the center . So a little buggy especially with the heat wave . The pool was beautiful and very relaxing . The back of the hotel had a jacuzzi in the garden as well . The food was good and the staff were friendly. "Camera spaziosa e pulita. Un po datata negli arredi. L’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa tant’è che abbiamo preferito spegnerla.la colazione buona ricca di dolci. Poco salato. Mancano le verdure. Il personale che assiste la colazione un po sbrigativo. Mi è capitato di chiedere un chiarimento ma la risposta non è stata molto cordiale. Anzi un po tranchant. La reception invece molto cordiale. "room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from"

"It’s a decent hotel but surrounded by industrial land uses. So, while it is close to the City Center its doesn’t feel walkable or particularly safe. We ended up taking cabs. There are two elevators but only one worked and it is small so the mornings were chaotic. I never saw anyone fixing the elevator, which was strange. It was like they didn’t care that only one small elevator worked,"
