"This is our second time in Montreux and we always stayed at Eurotel. And this time on our child 17th Birthday. We love the view and the location. The free flow welcome drink and popcorn always made us happy. Also the breakfast superb!! Staff very helpful, she arrange our rooms close to each other. Surely will come back again.. "Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. "This was a nice sized room with a comfy king sized bed. The building itself is historic, but the rooms are updated and modern with hard surface flooring. We were on the third floor and had a nice balcony that looked over the lake. Lots of shopping and dining options near the hotel. Easy to grab transit or Taxi/Uber as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Montreaux. "

"We loved staying at Hôtel Masson! My husband and I are fans of historic hotels and this one is a jewel of a place. As the oldest hotel in the area, it is simply charming. The rooms are spacious while being cozy. The beds are comfortable, and the bar/salon is classic and elegant. We found the staff warm and friendly, especially Karine who took such excellent care of us. Dinner was delicious. Only positive things to say about Hôtel Masson! "
