"Upon check-in I was given a room that wasn’t the one I had paid for, when I complained the staff told me that it was valentines weekend so they are very busy, after a while they agreed to move me. I got food poisoning from a room service club sandwich and was very ill for 4 days. The hotel room air con was very noisy and didn’t work very well. The room only had hot water when you left the bath tap and sink tap on for over 5 minutes. The room was only on the 8th floor so this was very odd. I complained about this twice. Overall the hotel room was very worn and the bed I had wasn’t very comfortable. I also found it very odd that I was given a wristband and charged for having a pool lounger with a towel in a 4/5 star hotel! To be fair though the majority of the staff are extremely friendly and nice."

"My family and I have stayed here a few times. The staff is friendly. This time, we found a large hole in the comforter. The bed was made in such a way that the hole could not be easily seen. The cleaning lady always showed up at 7 AM. That is a little too early. Also, the TV did not work. It seems like the cable bill was not paid, but they made it seem like the issue was with the TV. We informed the staff, but nothing was done. Very disappointing. "
