Mary our host, was nothing short of accomodating with everything, from communication on our arrival as well as the room, to restaurant recommendations, and helping us with organising a taxi when we were running late and needed to get to the Train Terminal. "This place was wonderful since owner was very available and gave GREAT instructions on checking in including a video! Cool old fashioned but very quiet elevator if needed. We tried it once for fun but only one flight of stairs. In common area there’s a great espresso machine and tea and sugar available. Also clean extra dishes and utensils were available. Nice towels, and great restaurant just across the street! Close for walking to things we wanted to see and do."

"Absolutely lovely! I booked this based on reviews, and it did not disappoint. It is basically a bed and breakfast, in a quiet area, but within easy walking distance to The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We only stayed one night but I would easily stay here again. Clean, friendly."
