"El check in es un poco complicado porque es en linea y solo hay personal en el front desk en horario restringido... pero fuera de eso, el lugar es espectacular. Camas comodas, lugar amplio, nuevo, limpio y en un area que puedes ir caminando a todo. Hay un area de restaurantes buenisimos cerca. Super farmacia y transportw publico saliendo de los departamentos. Seguro y comodo. Lo recomiendo. "

"Lobby’s small yet homey feel, like our own living room. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Spacious room, perfect location for shopping and dining. The only downside is the small cubicle shower place(kinda small space and floor are slippery/smooth surface)."

"Not at 10. 9 at best Not the cleanest place. No coffee maker just a plastic kettle. No tea. No complimentary water bottle. No AC either. A fan. Location was great. Communication was email only. No WhatsApp. Run by an independent service so no personal interaction. Most properties have a custodian or someone to talk to /ask questions. Nothing! I'm a solo traveler so direct Communication is HUGE for me. Not even a city map. I would give this property a better rating if the Communication was...

"Very clean and pretty hotel. Really great location. The rooms were VERY small, I know this is common in big cities in Europe but this was the smallest I’ve been in and the bathroom was so hard to be in as it was so squished. The shower was really nice however. As a newer hotel there is no gym yet which was disappointing. Also would have been nice to have wine in the mini bar. They could not accommodate early check in. If you appreciate cleanliness, pretty decor and are only staying 1-2 nights...

"The Unique Hotel is a boutique hotel in the Brera section of Milan. It is a small hotel with clean rooms, nice breakfast area, and good selection of breakfast foods, freshly prepared. The staff is warm and friendly, willing to help with any reservations, and acomodations. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The location is excellent, with nice shops and resteraunts located nearby. Easy walk to La Scala and Duomo. "

"A beautiful hotel with the most gracious staff. Luis from the concierge service was so kind to not only guide us and tell us some amazing stories but also helped celebrate my son’s birthday by bringing him some treats. The breakfast staff were also extremely friendly and kind. Rose also made sure the kids were well fed and made them feel so special. Thank you!!"
