"We arrived atound 17:30 on a busy Saturday night. We had received confirmation of our booking earlier in the day and also completed the online check in. On arrival we were told that there was actually no room available. We had just completed a 22KM stage of a Pilgrim walk and we were exhausted. The reception members said the only thing they could do was offer us aroom in another hotel at 100 euros more. We were not offered any refreshments and no genuine explanation of how they could allow us...
