"The room was clean and nice enough, but the view of the lake was obstructed by an adjacent building. The gardens were not very impressive and the pool and hot tub were not good. The exercise equipment and "arcade" were basically a few pieces in an outdoor storage area. The staff and owners were very nice and helpful. You can take a ferry from Stresa to Islo Bella, which is very nice, but parking is difficult and it is very crowded. "

"The hotel is located on the lakeside road in Lago Maggiore, approximately 4.5 kilometers from Arona city center. Ample free parking is available, and transportation is convenient. Our lake-view terrace room offered beautiful lake views. The room and bathroom were well-equipped, and a generous buffet breakfast was served."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. It is immaculately clean, centrally located for boats to the islands with great amenities including our highlight which was the roof top bar. The staff could not have been more polite or helpful and the breakfast was fabulous! From being shown to our room and given a tour and suggestions for the visit, every member of staff was wonderful and welcoming! We stay in lots of hotels and this is one of our favourites. Would definitely recommend! "

"We had the first floor suite or mini apartment with fridge (freezer box above it) microwave, kettle, full size dishwasher and sink. They kindly left us a bottle of red wine and biscuits and two bottles of water. We went to Conad supermarket which wasn’t far by car, we are driving. Or Carrefour express within walking distance in town. Many restaurants locally. Being British we don’t like to eat late. We can recommend Centrale as they were always busy and cooked all day. "Although off a very busy road, property was super quiet, especially at night. Stresa was less than a half hour drive away. Supermercato was a two minute walk. On a rainy day the gym next door let us try the facilities for free"
