"The room was clean and comfortable, staff were pleasant and helpful. The only concern is that there was only ever one person on the reception desk, and that person was always busy, so the wait time long. It’s no criticism of the staff, who were working hard. The restaurant was outstanding!"

The staff has no control over the management, there was sewage smell in the room which was coming from the toilet which house keeping should have taken care of before...

"It’s very clean, and neat. It’s just a hotel to stay & sleep they don’t have common areas or a gym and bar like other hotels. My stay was safe and comfortable. The staff were easy to contact. Its a great location, 20 mins from aroma Termini, 3 mins to Basilica Giovanni lateran and scala santa, 15-20 minutes to The Colosseum. 2 mins bus and taxi station. There’s a convenient store around the corner as well to buy food, water and toiletries. I would definitely recommend."

"The rooms needed some updating. My room had a large wooden cupboard that I did not have access to, and that took up a decent amount of space in the room. Also, the AC did not work well enough. I set it to 22 degrees - and it never got close to that temperature."
