"Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well."

"Erika and Francesco were amazing hosts and their b&b is lovely. The location is great, near to the metro, the rooms are beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast brought to your room every day by Erika is delicious. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"

"Stayed here for a couple nights and it was very peaceful and clean. The staff was so friendly and made us breakfast every morning. The breakfast only consists of a few groups of people from the floor you’re staying on so it’s enjoyable and you can get some of the best recommendations from the host. "

Michele contacted us a day before to make arrangements for our arrival. The rooms were clean, homey, and had all the amenities we needed. "Great location. Quiet room. Nothing luxurious, but the bed was comfie, room was clean, bathroom too. Wasn’t sure what was offered for breakfast as we didn’t see anything. Would stay here again. Paolo was the housekeeper and she was welcoming, good English and very helpful!"
