"Great staff and lovely breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. The room was clean and the location was next to the Duomo. The negatives may not be an issue for some travelers, but the noise from the square in front of the church woke us up many times each night. I used noise canceling earbuds to help get sleep. The neighborhood has a collection of homeless people that argue at all hours and choose not to use the portable toilet provided. Not sure how the issue can be addressed but it was...

"Stayed here for a couple nights and it was very peaceful and clean. The staff was so friendly and made us breakfast every morning. The breakfast only consists of a few groups of people from the floor you’re staying on so it’s enjoyable and you can get some of the best recommendations from the host. "

A staff person was supposed to open the door remotely but did not buzz us into the building at the confirmed arrival time. "Being in Piazzetta Nilo made this hotel a great spot to stay. It placed everything me and my girlfriend wanted to see within walking distance (max 25 min walk). The main street is close by and there is plenty of shops and food in the surrounding neighborhood. To top it off the Veiled christ statue is only 1 block away!"
