"The room was very comfortable and spacious, kept very clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and there is a beautiful courtyard on the property. The breakfast is very fresh and has a wide variety of options. The hotel is located in an area with many good restaurants around, and the subway is a short walk away. "Location is good for exploring the city. Location is great for access to “The Last Supper” and the Da Vinci Science Museum. Staff was friendly and attentive to our requests (speaks English). We stayed during the El Niño heat wave of 2026 and the A/C was struggling hard. We stayed on an upper floor with a balcony. It was cooler than the outside, but not quite cool enough to be relaxing. There is no on-site parking, but there is a garage not too far. It’ll cost about €30-40 per day, so prepare...

"The place was amazing! Check in process smooth with lockbox. I got a video on how to get into the building, so its impossible to miss it. Had shampoo, bodywash, hand soap, everything you need. Very clean, two bathrooms, quiet. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, Milan Retreats are very responsive, reply almost right away. Two balcony views, view is over a park, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, 8 minute walk to metro. Peaceful area, absolutely no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend. Smelled...

"The staff at the hotel are wonderful and responsive to requests for things like irons (when all your linen clothes are wrinkled from travel). There is a good selection for breakfast. The rooms are fine, but could really use a refresh, particularly the bathrooms. The hotel is a little out of the way, but close to IULM where I was attending a conference. It's about a 15 minute walk to the M2 subway line, which gets you wherever you need to go, and there is a LIDL a block away."

"The room was clean. The staff are very friendly. The location is convenient (within close walking of the metro station). The only drawback we experienced is that the shower does not have enough pressure. When turned all the way to hot water, the water is very small and lukewarm. When turned in the middle, more water comes but it is cold water."
