"My only query about this property would be its stated smoking policy of designated smoking areas. Off property was the realty…no way to dispose of smoking materials, no security, no seating, dark and unsafe. If a property is non-smoking that should be made clear in their amenities section"

"Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable, everything in good condition and well organized. The location is also convenient for getting around and exploring the area. As a downside, the staff was not very attentive or helpful, which affected the experience a bit. Also, the breakfast could have more variety. Still, it was an acceptable stay."

"Housekeeping threw away a shopping bag from my room that contained souvenirs and toys, claiming it was mistaken for trash. While staff were polite and showed me camera footage, they focused more on defending their coworkers than taking responsibility. I was also told this kind of issue doesn’t happen here—despite it clearly happening. The hotel only reimbursed about half the value of the lost items, which doesn’t feel fair. I understand mistakes can happen, but guests should be able to trust that their belongings are handled with care. This experience was very disappointing."

"Nice calm section of Medellin, located close to a Centro Comercial Unicentro Mall, with lots of shops and nice food court."

"I reserved a room specifically w a view of Medellin. My parents were given another room and the hotel management stated otherwise when even I showed proof they were not able to accommodate in a room w a view bc they were all booked. On top of that my parents were charged taxes for being Colombian residents but like I told them they have dual citizenship and have both passports and homes in US and Colombia and still, till this day we have not been reimbursed the way they said they would. I keep calling them and texting them I still have not received a call back or text reply from either managers. Beware, they will try to get you either way. When I stood there last year I showed my Colombian passport and the guy said thank goodness you showed me your Colombian passport and not the American one bc we would’ve charged you taxes. Now my parents showed their Colombian ID and they were charged taxes. Can’t keep a straight story. Not satisfied w their lies and the way of handling problems."
