The place in general is very nice but it doesn't seem to me that to access the jacuzzi or relaxation areas you have to pay for the spa, since in similar places there are no extra charges, when making a balance between price and what they offer there is no the accessibility of what is expected, and also the prices of the restaurant are very high being in Colombia, I don't think that someone native would be accessible

Only loud Electronic music is played the whole day

The hotel is beautiful!, the service and the food are good but from 10am until 10pm they play ONLY Electronic music which I don´t like. Playing the same type of music for 12 hrs is unbearable even if you are on a nice place, that is why we left after the first night, even thought we paid for 2 nights. The pictures on the website make you believe that this is a good place for a romantic and relaxing stay, but it is NOT. The hotel should post on their website that their experience is designed only for Electronic music lovers who want to party the whole day!

The place is a beauty but seems to me the staff is a bit disorganised. Coming back to the hotel after dinner the gate was closed and nobody was notified about opening for us or answering the phone calls. We waited outside 40 minutes while gangs of threatening looking bikers where passing. It clearly needs major communication between employees of different turns because that experience specifically was not nice at all. For the rest the place is beautiful but that’s it.

Worst stay ever! Where do I begin, upon arrival the pool has an issue and a truck needs to pump water in the pool which took hours and was ver noisy. 2nd part of the hotel is under construction and all morning long from 8am ( you can really rest) you hear hammer noise Heavy machine cutting ext… that last all day. Booked a massage and while the therapist was great the hammer noise was horrible. My opinion that it will take them several more months to complete the construction. And last is the food, very disappointing nothing tasting good and I’ve asked for a medium well steak they took over 1 hr and brought it extremely well done. They offer to change it took extra 45 minutes and served it rare. Needless to say I was shocked, ordered the chicken instead and that was ok but took an extra 40 min. So after 2 hour and 25 minutes I finally eat. Same story the next day, I’ve explained I have an allergy for ham so I ask for a simple grilled chicken sandwich with no ham or cheese, took 1 hour and arrived with ham and cheese, I literally had no more words and just decided to leave the place. I spend on average of 140 nights in hotels a year and never had such bad experiences in any of the hotels I stay worldwide.

Si la tematica del hotel es de relajacion, entonces para q ponen musica desde las 10 am hasta las 12 pm y musica electronica. Se puede escuchar musica pero hasta ciertas horas.No habia forma de relajacion. Habia gente hasta tarde de la noche en la picina sin concideracion ninguna q habia gente en los cuartos para descansar. Mejor dicho este hotel es para personas q les guste la bulla. Me fui un dia antes de lo planeado no pude soportar.

The bathroom stopped working at night, and I had to move rooms in the middle of the night. They tried to put me in a room without the view I paid for, I had to argue with them and show proof that I booked a room with a view. They didn’t even apologize. No compensation. Wouldn’t recommend.
