Cari Hotel di Antioquia

"The hotel was nice but no closets on the room, ran out of hot water. The restaurant and the rooftop needs to be open for longer hours."

"Muy bonito hotel , moderno"

"Todo en orden. Excelente servicio al cliente. Se debe mejorar el desayuno con mas variedad. Y se le debe orientar al huesped cuando le entregan el cuarto a verificar los suministros de la nevera antes de firmar. Por todo lo demas excelente!!!! 10 de 10!!!"

"They charged me $72 in IVA, even though I don’t live there and showed them proof of that. They said the only valid proof was a stamp you obtain at the airport confirming that you won’t be staying for more than 90 days. I think they should disclose this requirement beforehand so guests can take care of it before arriving at the hotel, rather than being told about it at check-in and then being charged. The construction was loud at times, and the water was either too cold or too hot. The staff...

"The room smells like dust around the headboard. The AC smells like mold and the bed makes me feel I was sleeping on a big spoon! No support whatsoever. The cheese and ham eggs taste funny."

"The location of the hotel is right in the middle of all of the disco and bars and restaurants. Most of the businesses close at 2 AM, but a few are open until 4 AM. Also, off of the main strip, that no cars allowed to be on, the city is extremely lively as well."

"Very central location modern building cheap and perfect for weekend"

"I loved the hotel and its location! Walking around the city was very pleasant. Hotel gives earplugs to minimize streets noise and worked very well. . Breakfast was good, the lunch and dinner seams like frozen food and I didn’t like them. Outside of hotel has better quality food. I want to go back to Medellin soon. Beautiful city"

"Excelente atención y muy agradable el hotel muy buenas condiciones"

"Amazing vacation , we will be back soon ✌️"

"Very convenient location"

"Best shower I have ever had! Rooms small but clean and tidy. No free water this had to be paid for. Breakfast had 4 options but small portions such as one rasher of bacon. Location was too far away for hotel trip pick ups. We always had to catch a taxi. Friendly and helpful staff."

"No tengo quejas del servicio al cliente las personas fueron muy amables el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación"
