"El hotel estaba muy bonito y la ubicación/distancia fue excelente. En general, las instalaciones fueron agradables. Sin embargo, considero que el servicio al cliente podría mejorar. Escribí para solicitar ayuda con el televisor de la habitación y nunca recibí respuesta. También informé que la habitación tenía olor a humedad y que el sistema indicaba que era necesario limpiar el filtro, pero tampoco recibí atención sobre esta situación. Fuera de estos detalles, mi experiencia con el hotel fue buena."
