I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission for both of my stays. Please take that out of your description if you're not going to fix it...it's misleading and was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The pool was great...just wanted to also use the hot tub that was advertised in the listing. Rooms were mostly clean though there were some stray hairs here and there and one of the remotes was sticky and had someone's eyelash stuck to it. Also when ordering room service would be great to have a tray so that dishes can be easily wheeled outside of the room after use, otherwise the dirty dishes stink up the room until the room is cleaned the next day. All in all, a very nice hotel! The breakfast was phenomenal every day and the beds were extremely comfortable. All the staff were lovely except for the person working by the pool...I kept having to track him down for towels or to order food/beverages. Suggest perhaps leaving towels out so guests can just grab them as we walk in and to alleviate extra work for that person, and also perhaps having menus handy so people can look at them without having to track anyone down. Really enjoyed the revolving restaurant! It's pricey but well worth the fantastic view and food.
