"Great breakfast - love the fried eggs and croissants, they are so fresh. Angela gave me lots of useful travel tips - on how to take buses and trains to Pompeii and Herculaneum, where to go for dinner and where the local market is. Also took two day trips to the Amalfi coast, all the way to Amalfi. There are some great restaurants and delis nearby, it's comforting to have some deli food and fresh veggies and fruit after a long day of sight seeing."

"Very nice stay in the heart of Salerno. Everything you need, and walkable to all the major touristy areas and close to the train station and port area for ferry rides to Amalfi Coast. If driving, make sure to arrange parking with the owner ahead of time. It’s a very tough area to park"

Host was thoughtful In providing 2 bottles water, 1 bottle prosecco , teacups, glasses , dental kit, adequate shampoo, soap.tea and coffee in shared 2 room common area . "B and B “Boutique Epocha” is a lovely and quiet oasis in the sea of madness that is the busy city of Salerno. The host is extremely helpful and the breakfast food is very good including some home-baked items. So lucky to have found such a great place! "

"The apartment is a short walk from Salerno train station and conveniently situated near multiple shops, restaurants and cafes. The cute balcony offers a nice view of the surrounding neighbourhood and patios below. The bed was very comfortable and room cleaning service was offered daily. There was unfortunately a plumbing issue in the bathroom and apparent mold buildup in the ceiling corner which was visually unattractive and came with a slight odor. "A great location, friendly check-in, and nice size for a family of four. The only downsides are hot water for showers is pretty limited so you need to space them out or have short showers, and the ladder to the bunk bed is not fixed onto the bed making it a safety concern, but this could be fixed with a couple screws.
