"Clean and spacious apartment with a reasonably well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Good strong shower (and even though the glass screen only went halfway, there was no leakage). Nice large towels. Plenty of wardrobe and floor space. Filtered water available in the hallway. It's about 10 minutes walk to the main square and restaurants, and the area felt safe (though there weren't many people in the immediate vicinity). Check-in and out were easy, and the desk was usually manned. Room was a bit more bland than in the photos (it looked like the green leaf design had been painted over in white), but modern and fine. A sofa or comfy armchair would be a nice addition, as would some balcony furniture (nowhere to sit to enjoy a wine outside)."
"Overall a very nice hotel. Clean, accessible, large rooms and bathrooms and helpful/friendly staff. However, the ground floor bar/restaurant was not good as we ordered a meal and drinks and only my wife's meal arrived and then after several queries a meal arived 75 minutes later but was not what I ordered - basically no English speaking staff."
"The front desk staff were very helpful and gracious, especially as we do not speak Spanish well (some of their staff speak some English). This is our third time staying here, and it really is a good value for the money - with a great location in the center of the city of Mendoza. If you are staying for a week or more and want a bigger space, I highly recommend the Business Suite room."
"Good value for money. Centrally located, safe and clean. Spacious room, good breakfast and responsive staff. I would stay here again if I am to travel back to Mendoza."
