"My son had got sick after spending the night there the air conditioning was not clean or the filter not changed or cleaned at night the water was not hot enough for the shower plus we are not sure for what we got changed 2$ on our card so not happy with the place"

"The staff were excellent. Unable to link movie apps from my phone. Staff tried to help, unsuccessfully. Pool was closed. Phone had extremely low volume and the staff and I couldn’t hear each other. After checkout $80 had been changed in addition to the amount charged at checkout. I called and told it was customary and would be refunded if I didn’t have a bar bill or damage to my room. I have to wait 10 business days for a refund. Ridiculous!"

"Aloft Leawood is one of our favorite go toes when in Kansas City. Convenience is forefront with high quality restaurants, shopping and entertainment all within walking distance. The second level bar with outdoor seating is a must."

"The elevator did not work for our entire stay (eight nights). We were housed on the top floor. It was inconvenient. Guest services (personnel) were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in an area with nearby (walkable) restaurants, coffee shops, grocers and movie theater."
