"I had a nice quick check-in, likewise for checkout. The restaurant food was fine, there was an okay selection of food. Desserts were limited, this was disappointing. The room was fine. Upon checkout I reported a leak around the sink, and the right roller blind was faulty. The blind was clearly something that was faulty for a while, the wear on the fabric was worn and showed signs of improper use over time. Room 920. These issues did not impact my stay, just observations that should be remediated."

"This was rated over 8 on a scale of 1-10. I honestly don't understand how. I am not a super picky person and I understand that for the price I paid I am not getting a first class experience. With that in mind it would make zero sense for me to complain about the size of the room, which was pretty small, but can accept. What is worth mentioning is that the air conditioning didn't work. It was uncomfortably warm in there. The next night we opened the window and got some relief, but couldn't keep it open because there was no screen and there were mosquitos. Additionally, the sink didn't drain properly, so we had to be very careful not to rinse our mouths into the sink after brushing or it would sit there for hours while it slowly drained. I did not bring any of this to the attention of the staff. I didn't want to bother them and figured there was not much they could do anyway. Maybe I should have and they would have moved me to a different room. They were very nice and polite or other questions I had and also made sure we had the size bed I had paid for, so that was nice. Would I stay again? Maybe. It depends on what else was available when I booked. the location was definitely convenient."

"My family and I LOVED this hotel! Nice, large comfortable room with good space for 4 adults. Fantastic breakfast with good options for snacks and supper. Wonderful warm pool, steam and dry sauna, and weight room. There is laundry on site for a small fee(soap included), a market and a movie theater. Free shuttle from Schiphol airport and the return trip is 5 euros per person. We will come back!!"

"The staff are pretty unhelpful and quite rude. It’s a really hands off experience. No way of contacting reception. No water in the room. Nothing to do around the property. Rooms are comfy and clean. The station is very near to get into the centre of town"
