"Have stayed there twice; (1st) when it was still Solplay and (2nd) under the new name, MS Aparthotel. The property is rundown. From the moment entered the lobby, had a very musty smell. Only one elevator in service, which meant that it took forever to get to one’s room when people were checking in or were arriving. Even had to take stairs to floor 5 because elevator wait too long. "The property is gorgeous but the interior feels old and dusty. I personally had major allergies because of all of the dust and improper maintenance. Although the linens felt clean, the rug and curtains felt very dirty and dusty. I noticed mold on the roof right above my bed. I am now sick and imagine it’s from the mold and dust. The team is very welcoming and the hotel provides an honesty bar and treats for the guests, which was very nice."

"We loved the location, though it's about 1km from the nearest subway station (Rato; frequent buses between the station and the hotel #727 and #706). Lots of neighbourhood small restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Hotel front desk staffed most of the time but it might be a good idea to get an entrance code in advance if arriving late.
