The hotel is amazing! We have traveled all over the world and this is one of my favorite hotels from all of the ones that I have visited. If you were going to Lisbon this is the hotel you need to stay in if you love history, artwork, Turkish baths, beautiful pools And excellent service

Majestic property situated on beautifully landscaped grounds. Great views of the 25 de Abril Bridge and a short drive into both downtown Lisbon or Costa da Caparica if you're looking for beautiful beaches and dining along the coast. I highly recommend Pestana Palace for its amazing staff, incredible breakfast, indoor and outdoor pools, beautiful grounds, quiet location and delicious room service. This is one of my top three hotels in the world! Perfect for families and adults. If you are concerned about the location, don't be. It's perfectly relaxing and a cheap Uber ride anywhere. Thank you for an amazing nine days in Portugal!

Terrible hard bed no mattress topper on it for one night it was like sleeping in the floor when raised with management told no one else had an issue - the next night the bed had a topper on. Sunbeds awful, no service by the pool would not recommend.
