"Kempinski is my favorite hotel in Cancun so I decided to give it an opportunity. I was really happy with my choice. Everything was great except that location is not as nice as I would like but concierge can arrange everything for you. Room was big and clean. Executive lounge was very good and all the employees were super helpful.there are two restaurants on-site. An italian an a local food. Italian is good, local was excellent. Breakfast had everything and delicious! I can recommend this hotel."
