"Everything was very very good. The staff was particularly helpful, especially Patricia who followed up on every request, i.e. towels for the hot tub more towels (2 women in out group so lots of towels. Super lounge club area and excellent workout room (although I didn't use any of the equipment.) Location is greast for water activities, shopping or dining--could walk to everything in 2-10 minutes."

"Looking at booking the reservation thru Expedia - it was expressed there were only three rooms left. The reality was only two rooms were booked. All the rest were not. I’m not sure if the property owner or Expedia is responsible for being dishonest. I have to think more deeply when I book thru Expedia - unless I can get a better answer. The property and room were clean and well maintained."

"It was unfortunate that we were not told about the whole back and side yard being dug up due to sewer problems at the hotel. Honestly we probably would have booked elsewhere. The staff was nice and the room was okay. The roll out heater had a broken wheel so would not stand very well. The mattress was used to the point that it had two indentation on each side, so you would kinda roll into that spot. Location is great, street parking only. Coffee and breakfast was good. Temperature throughout...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and nice. I had a little beep the first night coming from the dishwasher but they took care of it very quickly. They were very nice and helpful. A very clean comfortable hotel."

"I initially booked a 2 queen non smoking room, called the day we were due to arrive to verify that we could have a “no pet” room. I asked to confirm the room type and they said we were in a king room. I told them that is not what we booked through Expedia. They stated because they oversold for that night they had to change our room type. I told them that wasn’t what we booked and we had 4 people. Not our fault they oversold their hotel. "We stayed for a quick overnight and the stop was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and quiet."
