"Great communication with Joseph and his team as we neared our arrival time. We were met right away outside and escorted to our room. Instructed on how to use the codes for entry and exit during our stay, and introduced to the housekeeper and shown coffee lounge. Clean rooms, equipped with nespresso coffee machine and variety of water bottles. Very attentive staff, great host. Loved the bottle of wine waiting for us, chocolates with our towels Any time we needed anything the response...

"I stayed at the Hotel Kaplan for a three week study program which was a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide you with the essentials, nothing more. While not an upscale hotel, the owners Eli and Nathan are very welcoming and are definitely part of the experience of staying there. A kitchen is available if you want to do light cooking. "This was our rescue hotel after the one I originally booked was not as it seemed😮‍💨. I should have booked this one from the beginning. The breakfast (kosher), had many food varieties and was delicious. Breakfast staff (elderly man), was really sweet and helpful! The hotel stored our luggage in the morning while we went on a tour. Location was right smack on the pedestrian strip that could take you to Old Jerusalem in minutes, by foot. Many shopping and dining options close by and that closed...

They know the guest kitchen needs to be enlarged and another refrigerator added, but business is just now increasing again after covid and the war. The staff are lovely.
