This hotel was a welcome stop en route to the Tunnel and surpassed our expectations. From the receptionist Stephanie (who helped find and telephone a local garage for our friends who had run out of fuel) to the restaurant, everyone had a friendly smile and greeting, to make us feel at home. A very nice stay . Comfortable room and a wonderful view. Unfortunately you needed to pay extra for air conditioning and book a different room, which was not indicated at time of booking and as it was 35degrees at the time of our stay this was an issue. Food in the restaurant was lovely. Our friends got charged for breakfast even though they did say on checking in that they did not require one. This was rectified after being pointed out by myself. A lovely cocktail to end the day .

We received a very friendly welcome when we arrived and everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is of a very high standard and situated right in the heart of Saint Quentin with excellent private parking. Breakfast was delicious with an abundance of tasty options including a very large array of different cheeses and fruit We will definitely stay again when coming to France.
