"I was on a business trip and was looking for a peaceful night at this hotel. But there was a massive carneval party right outside the hotel. First of all the hotel entrence was locked. Had to call someone to open for me and to check me in. Then I went out to get some dinner, but the rear entrence was locked again. The hotel was in some sort of shut down mode. They should have closed it for these days when party was ongoing. Also the breakfast was simple and tasteless. The room was very cold"

Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Voor mij een fijne lokatie. Na de verbouwing zien de kamers er prima uit. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Slechts kleine irritatie, drie maanden na de verbouwing is het nog steeds niet gelukt goed werkende shampoo en douchfris dispensers te plaatsen in de douche. Lijkt mij geen rocket science."

"Good location, a bit overpriced, great parking availability and personal. There was too much dirt under the bed which is not acceptable for any hotel. Unfortunately, we realized this dirt only on the last day otherwise I would have demanded that we change the room."

"I booked a standard room online. But when I checked in, I switched to a junior suite. It was in fact just like a deluxe double room in Asian hotel standard. The shower room was rather basic and the toilet has an aweful smell all the time. It's not a clean enough room. The breakfast was terribly expensive, booked online @€18.5, but my friend who did not book online has to pay €24. It's not worth it, the cheese slices were dry, only one kind of cold cut ham, without any fish."

"The hotel was a good standard travel lodge kind of place, nothing too special but totally suitable for what I needed. Only issue was the restaurant closed at 8pm and there was no iron in the room but other than that is was perfectly adequate for my needs. Road noise was also an issue but given where the hotel is located i am not surprised. Would I stay here again...... probably yes."

"Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, lediglich die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich. Das Frühstück war klein, aber fein und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel vorhanden und das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit."
