There is a hole in the door, the handle falls off, the bed falls apart, the shower is good because it has warm water but not clean. The bar that holds the shower head falls off when you shower, the house is cold but has heaters. The kitchen is lacking in plates, deep plates etc. There is no hand soap in the bathroom and I could go on and on. The car...

"The staff were excellent. I don’t speak German and their English was very good. It’s a lovely hotel in a lovely town. However, next time I would book a double room because the single was very small (like Japanese small). And only had one plug socket which was nowhere near the desk. "
