"I stayed at TS Suites Seminyak for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. What stood out the most was how kind and attentive all the staff were, which made my stay even more pleasant. Since my return flight was at midnight, I originally needed to check out by 2 pm, but the hotel kindly allowed me to check out at 5 pm. This thoughtful gesture gave me plenty of time to relax and prepare without any stress. On the last night, there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain, and the power went out for a short time. However, I completely understand this was due to the weather, and it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was above average and very enjoyable. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, so I was happy with every meal. I also appreciated the clean water provided at the sink for brushing my teeth. It’s a small detail, but it showed the hotel’s care and attention, which made me feel even more comfortable. Overall, compared to the hotel I stayed at in Ubud before, the service here was far more satisfying. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and would gladly return. "Staff were very friendly and warm and it felt very welcoming for young families. The breakfast was excellent. Buffet dining menu could use some refreshing but was ok. The Italian restaurant was nice. We loved the position of our room overlooking the temple next door and the pool. "

"The gorgeous setup of the resort with breathtaking lilly ponds and beautiful flowers with Ganesha and goddesses statues gave a very peaceful and meditation vibes. Our restroom/toilet flush system on the side was something I didnt like."

"If I could give this hotel 1 million stars I would it’s just magnificent for a five star resort they go over and above you get what you pay for. The staff make everything so much better with their kind nothing is too much approach and the way they take care of everyone that walks through that door"
