"Looking for a contact high this place is for you!!! Literally the smell of marijuana was so intense all the time ( we stayed two nights)I unpacked my bag and had to wash everything including the bag the skunky stench was lingering on EVERYTHING! The towels had makeup residue, the fridge smelled of mildew, and the pillows were flat! In one word- GROSS!!!"

"The rom was not clean. Dirty washcloth left behind. Furniture dirty. Grounds littered. Breakfast buffet was minimal. And the pool and area was cold."

"The heat in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t call the front desk because the phone on the room didn’t work either."

"We got switched to another room after checking in because our key wouldn't work. The batteries died on the door - never encountered that before. No big deal. Get into new room down the hall and the person behind me in line gets assigned the same room I am currently occupied in. Friendly reminder to use your door locks, people! Now we are in the room. Shower doesn't work. Hot water only in the sink. Another couple was assigned our room after 11pm and almost walked in AGAIN. Your second friendly reminder always use the door locks. And maybe travel with a dog who barks and intruders. Final straw was waking up at 7am staring at a roach in the bathroom. Left so fast, I still don't think my soul has caught up to me yet."

"There was sweat sticking out underneath the heater/air conditioner. There was holes that were patched in the wall that were not painted. There was no plug on the phone so the phone did not work and the cabinet with the TV on was shipped on one top corner and one bottom corner price that she should be about half of what I paid"

"This location is currently under renovation. (April 2026) King Suites no longer have Jacuzzi tubs (so watch where you get your room from, i.e. booking sites) We stayed in a freshly renovated King Suite which is now huge for 2 people. Staff was great upon arrival. Breakfast area was great, with good service from morning staff."

"The room was clean, cozy and the perfect retreat. The hotel had little amenities to make you feel welcomed. The staff was friendly and took care of any needs right away that needed attention. "
