"The room was impeccably clean. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bed is so comfortable. The staff was warm and friendly. One minor issue is that their visa/debit isn't working for security deposit which needs to be fixed as all hotels have this as an option in 2026. But the staff waved the security deposit to fix the issue which was perfect. I love that they have rides to and from the hotel and amenities (clubhouse -restaurant and pool). "I was staying overnight in Bracebridge ahead of an event the next day. I was welcomed warmly when I arrived, even though I was relatively late. My room had recently been renovated and was super clean and in great condition. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels, and soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. "I literally only slept here. - I checked in at 11pm and it seemed like a nice place. However, the birds were insanely loud. -but the soap, drapes and bedding were nice. It was also nice to have a little snack bar to buy things and the complimentary breakfast."
