"This hotel was immaculate and the amenities were excellent. The female staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. "The room was impeccable. Very clean. It was a very large room with a partial view of the lake which was beautiful. It had a very clean kitchen which we did not use during our one night stay. The staff were very friendly and provided good customer service. The pool was nice and felt private as no one was there. The hot tub was great too! "It fit the bill, and we were pleasantly surprised by the space! Modernized and very spacious (bigger than my apartment), with big closet in the room. Nice private balcony with a beautiful view of the lakeside. It's not quite top-of-line, but has what you need, feels homey, clean except for small details like the dishrack or corners of washroom (but I've seen worse!). Bed a bit firm, but overall we were pleased at what we got and the price. And so convenient with the car right outside the door....

"Room was clean and fully stocked. Winter activities did not live up to expectations. Equipment available (snowshoes) but no where to use it. No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road to our building and on stairs to our room was very dangerous!"
