My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. It felt like a complete waste of hard-earned money. For the price they charge, the service and overall standard were far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper staff training. The staff didn’t even seem to know the names of the dishes they were serving to guests. This was especially noticeable with the F&B team, who appeared careless and uninterested in providing good service. During breakfast, my partner had to wait almost half an hour just to get plates and cutlery, even after reminding the staff multiple times. It was frustrating to see such basic service being ignored. Another major inconvenience was the hotel phone system. It barely worked, and when we tried calling the concierge several times to request luggage assistance, no one answered the phone. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend spending thousands of rupees at this hotel. There are several other hotels nearby that offer far better service and a much more luxurious experience for guests.

The property location is fantastic. Please do not waste your money on the balcony room because you will not be able to even step out due to monkeys. The hotel manager Varun was absolutely ineffective and the staff not trained as per ITC standards. Property needs maintenance.

Nice family stay.

Great location,walking distance to mall road and all eateries, markets. Courteous and helping staff. Very friendly and accommodating.Very good food, great breakfast. Rooms are okay, but bathroom need repairs, refurbish, it smells. At check in, they charged me full of my entire stay, instead of Blocking the amount on card. This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking.

Untidy room and bathroom. Lot of noise was coming from corridors. Staff Is extremely slow and unprofessional. I would rate this property -1/10. Extremely worst experience. Room was valley view, but there were so many trees outside the window that there was no view so very misleading. This is not even a 3-star property which they say is 4-star. Not worth the money they charge. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Good location and in good condition. Staff were clueless , service was inept and was bery overpriced. Paid additional for a balcony room to be then told to keep the door closed due to monkeys. Bed was comfortable but shower was poor. Gym was very basic and not all equipment worked and couldn’t use the steam room without having a SPA treatment.

The property needs renovation. The rooms have become quite old and flaky, and even if cleaned, they look messy. The morning breakfast staff seemed rude and tired. Staff at the reception too was quite cold, and unwelcoming.

Mixed bag stay , seen better Fortune properties

The maintenance of property has deteriorated, lot of broken furniture and outside panels were visible. Non view rooms does not mean that people need to see LPG cylinders and garbage lying around which what the case was from our room. Lack of communication between front desk and room service as both shared contradictory information. Room service denied serving dinner in room whereas front desk stated we could order. Breakfast options were not great in first two days and service was not that great or should i say planned.

Enjoyed my Trip .....

It was wonderful staying in Fortune Grace hotel. The staff are really very helpful n courteous. Though the property needs an upgrade but overall it's pleasing experience. Location of the hotel is at Library Bazaar n you can reach Mall road by walking 15 minutes which is quite convenient. I would recommend this hotel for stay.........!

Perfect location, Beautiful Overlook, Convenient

We had a great stay and were pleased to find such a great location with good food and friendly staff. The views are a wonderful overlook towards the Dehradun Valley and sufficient parking. We loved being able to enjoy a nice walk down Mall Road from the Ghandi Chowk entrance and enjoyed the evening stroll, feeling safe in the environment is a plus.
