"Check in was easy, staff was friendly and location was sufficient. Driving to the beach was expected, and it was a close drive. It was a busy weekend due to Sand Fest. Breakfast was ok…enough to feel full, but not satisfied. Sometimes you get what you paid for, and considering it was a last minute trip on a busy weekend and we were looking for affordable, we got what we paid for. "Absolutely incredible staff and great experience, my only concern was that almost every outlet wouldn't hold a charging cord. They constantly fell off. The hair dryer in our room was broken as was the shampoo container in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a fun experience."

"Very nice large condo. The view from the condo was spectacular. Most places I looked at we only 2 stories with a limited view of the ocean. Being on the 7th floor was great. Two nice pools plus a hot tub. Easy check in and check out. New boardwalk to beach with shower off area. We would stay there again if available."

"Staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and were very nice. The hotel overall is in disrepair. The carpeted rooms have a moldy odor, there was trash and large cardboard boxes left in the hallways and right outside of elevator doors. The pool was closed with no date for re-open. Our room had the smoke detector removed from the ceiling and the hole with wires was left uncovered. There was a fridge still boxed shoved in the spot where it should be in place. There were no working ice machines....
