"Easy check in with large spacious car park at rear. Very comfy bed and good quality linen. Only 1 chair in room when there was room for a 2nd - I hate having to sit on a bed in a hotel room. Nice clean bathroom, with big fluffy towels. Luggage rack and large wardrobe space. Iron and ironing board, plus hairdryer. No usb sockets, but plenty of 3-pin sockets. "All the staff were very friendly, chattyand pleasant. The hotel was easy to locate with ample parking, the hotel was clean and tidy. Check in was easy and quick with all useful information provided. The room was on the first floor with lift and stair access. The room was clean , tidy but was chilly on arrival - quick blast of heating took the chill off. Whilst the bathroom was vey clean there was a few cracked tiles on the door which could do with attention. Good choice at breakfast, staff...

"They didn’t have vegetarian sausages for breakfast however we return there many times and that was the first time they didn’t. Scrambled eggs were not good. Normally treat our dog like a wee princess but this time forgot her bed bowl and treats. Got sorted out with management and was very happy with the customer service. All the staff were lovely and will definitely be back again for the 10th stay. Really grateful "

"Great place to stay. We stayed in a Mongolian yurt, which was a unique experience, like glamping. The owners are wonderful people who prepared a 5-star breakfast for our family and complemented it with friendly conversation. Overall, it's a great place for people who want to escape soulless hotel chains and create sweet memories."
