"This is an exceptional hotel in Ninh Binh. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The bathroom had a beautiful bath tub and power shower. What makes this hotel is the staff starting with the concierge who organised our trip for us, he is a credit to the hotel who could work in the top hotels in Mayfair, London where I’m from. "Great location. Excellent view. Pool was clean and warm. Quite a few bugs in the room, mostly on the bed, and when we asked the staff they explained that it was termite season and to keep the lights off the bed. Not sure this made me feel more comfortable but staff did offer to change the bed sheets and even our room. Breakfast was a little disappointing."
