Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was spotless and the rooms like new and quality of the breakfast was excellent. We plan another trip back in a few weeks and intend to make reserations at the Carlisle again."
"I didn't know that I had to pay $28 DAILY, that were credited in the form of a daily use on food or beverages, so basically they give you nothing and you're ending up paying for everything. What happened with the 2 hours of unlimited happy hour that they used to have, I don't know, but I feel that I was misled. They also charged me for the parking and I wasn't aware of that charge."
