"The people at this hotel were really, really nice. I liked that the bathroom had good lighting (at so many hotels the bathrooms now are super dark). Parking was easy--there is a pay garage attached and through the hotel you can go in and out and the cost is $30/day.
But...the hotel had AC problems. There was a rented portable AC unit in the restaurant area. Our room cycled between freezing and terribly hot all night. We did not sleep for that reason. Every 20-30 minutes you had to put on covers...

"The hotel suite was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and funny! The cookies upon arrival is always such a fun and delicious way to be welcomed! Will stay here again next time we are in Charlotte!"
